This year’s Better living in Portugal exhibition, BLiP 2013, will take place this weekend at the Portimão Arena and for the first time in its 13 year history the tourist boards of the Algarve AND the Alentejo will be on hand to talk to visitors and answer questions about plans for tourism in their regions. On Saturday 5th October at 2.30 pm, the Executive Assistant to the President of the Tourist Board will give a presentation in the auditorium about Turismo do Algarve and their plans. It will be an opportunity to ask questions about their intentions for 2014.
Also at BLiP this year is a new area called ‘BLiP Shopping’, where cards and cakes to fashion and photographs can be bought. Together with representatives from the Algarve and Alentejo artisan associations, these new areas of BLiP will bring a renewed vitality to the exhibition for first time visitors and experience BLiPpers alike.
